Results of researches the disperse structure of firm components of emissions of the main dust-forming technological operations of the large enterprises of metallurgical complex are presented in article. It is shown that fractions make less than 10 and 2,5 microns to 88% in the general structure of dust emissions. The component structure of dust emissions corresponds to specifics of the enterprises and contains metal compounds and other toxic impurity. Morphological characteristics of dust emissions allowed to establish values of subsidence coefficient F more precisely. Calculations of dust emissions dispersion taking into account the fine dust PM10 and PM2,5 and their cover zones are determined by the territory are carried out. The increased level of concentration the fine dust in a ground layer of atmosphere confirms need of introduction in practice the rationing of PM10 and PM 2,5.
