Studying manipulative the practician in information society

Relevance of this article is caused by problems of development of the information and communication environment around the world, and in the Russian Federation in particular. This environment creates conditions for different implementation of manipulations of individual and collective consciousness. This article is also devoted to consideration of this social phenomenon.
