Studying the opinion of patients of the perinatal center about the organization of medical-social care

Article is devoted to the analysis of the carried-out questioning of patients of Murmansk regional perinatal center. The major factors influencing satisfaction from received medical care in establishment of obstetric aid of 3 levels in Kola North are revealed: condition of material support, politeness and attentiveness of doctors, status of living conditions.
