The investigation of anxiolytic activity of the granules on the basis of Tilia Cordata dry extract was carried out. The extract was obtained by maceration of raw material with two-phase extragent system. It was revealed that oral administration of the granules causes a decrease in animal anxiety under experimental long-term psychoemotional stress in course dosing.
