Effectiveness of woody plants photosynthesis was studied on the basis of fluorescent characteristics of leaves analysis (quantum yield of fluorescence F, maximal fluorescence F m, a quantum yield of photosynthesis Y) and ratio of pigments depending on level of transport loading in a city ecosystem. Dependence of extent the depressing of photosynthetic activity of leaves of the trees growing on sites with high pollution by emissions of motor transport, on specific characteristics is defined.
