Study of parthenocarpic hybrids of cucumber in the conditions of film greenhouses in the Omsk region

There are not always high yields of cucumber of good quality when they are grown in spring film greenhouses in the Omsk region. In this regard, it is very important to study the collection of parthenocarpic hybrids of cucumber and the selection of the most adapted samples to the conditions of the West Siberian region. On the basis of economic and biological evaluation of cucumber hybrids, the most high-yielding, promising samples with abundant early fruiting and high marketability of fruits were identified. The studies were conducted in a spring film greenhouse located on the territory of the UNPL “Horticulture” of Omsk SAU. The data are presented for 2017-2018. The objects for study were 5 hybrids of cucumber (Meringue F1, Masha F1, Garmonist F1, Khrustic F1, Connie F1). The hybrid Masha F1 was used as a standard. Phenological and biometric studies corresponded to the “Method of field experience in vegetable growing”, Litvinov S.S. Moscow, 2011.
