DMBP is effectively used in clinical practice, but this method is not used enough in nephrology. In the scientific literature, the importance of the degree of nocturnal decrease in blood pressure is more often discussed, for patients with kidney diseases, the significance of such indicators as the area of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, double product, variability and morning rise in blood pressure is practically not evaluated, the relationship of these indicators with the stage of chronic kidney disease and the degree of arterial hypertension is not determined.
