Political science studies as part of socio-humanistic knowledge in the vocational training of lawyers (professionals for the judiciary)

In modern society, all political life exists within a framework of legal bonds and is based on laws. Legislation forms the most important regulator of socio-political relations and processes. Consequently, the importance of political science in the qualitative and professional training of legal personnel cannot be underestimated. Political knowledge serves as the basis for effective management of society, ensuring justice and order, establishing a constructive dialogue between the authorities and citizens. The study of political science in the professional training of lawyers extends to those aspects and patterns of political-legal development that are overlooked in the mastery of knowledge within the certain branches of law. The study of political processes in the professional training of lawyers should cover, on the one hand, the analysis of the peculiarities of the influence of political phenomena and processes on the emergence and consolidation of certain norms, and on the other hand, the study of the political effectiveness of law.
