The article deals with consumer preferences research in the enamelware market by application of the questionnaire method. The hypotheses of enamelware demand decrease are tested. The authors carry out the age segmentation of the consumers according to the preferences in ware material, prints and forms, and analyze the information sources by means of which the customers learn about the enamelware.
