The study of the human capital influence through employment graduates indicators in gross domestic product

The article considers the influence of the process of the human capital accumulationon the GDP of Russia in the context of regions. It is substantiated that the servicesector intensively employs highly qualified specialists and, consequently, it is moredependent on the use of human capital and accumulated knowledge. The authorsdefine the possibilities of modeling the human capital accumulation using paneldata on the employed and the degree of consolidation of graduates in the first job inhealth care and the proposed model for determining the impact on GDP of factorssuch as the total stock of skilled workers, public spending on health, human capital.
