With use of digital microscopy method the mature fruits of Hypericum perforatum L. and Hypericum maculatum Grantz. are investigated. Anatomic-morphological features, characteristic for mature fruits and seeds of investigated plants are defined. Results of researches are taken as a principle recommendations about rational use as a source of raw materials of Hypericum perforatum L. and Hypericum maculatum Grantz.
