Research of state of health and its preservation among South Ural populatio

The article deals with the problem of health state and propagation of healthy way of life among Chelyabinsk region population. The author indicates that a healthy person is perceived by population both by appearance and inner state. Notion "health" and ways of its achievement vary depending on socio-demographic factors.
