Work is devoted to problematics of snow cover use as the indicator of aerotechnogenic loading intensity. In article questions of snow cleanliness level near the highways and its influences on spectral reflecting power on snow cover are considered. On empirical data for one of the central streets of Belgorod influence of particle contents in thawed snow melt with remoteness from a highway is certain. Curves of snow spectral brightness with various level of cleanliness are received. Data of researches have allowed to draw conclusions on perspectivity of remote studying spectral properties of snow cover for definition of aerotechnogenic loading level in industrial centres.
