Studying the influence of various compositions of nutrient medium on the formation of morphological structures of potatoes in in vitro culture

The aim of the research is studying seed productivity of mini-tubers of potatoes. Object of the research are varieties of potatoes of various groups of ripeness created in the Plant Breeding Laboratory of FSBSI Omsk Agrarian Scientific Centre, viz. “Alyona”, “Khozyayushka”, “Bylina Sibiri” and “Triumf”. The research material was represented by regenerant plants and greenhouse mini-tubers of potatoes. Experiments were carried out on the nutrient mediums Murasige- Skuga with a varied content of sucrose and vitamin additives. The best nutrient mediums and vitamins for the acceleration of growth of cuttings and the increase in the reproduction coefficient were selected. Standard medium according to the method of the Potato Research Institute named after Lorkh was used as a control sample. The analysis of the obtained results revealed the reliability of distinctions as regards the studied indicators, both between various genotypes and between various concentrations of sucrose and vitamins in the nutrient medium...
