Study of the effect of growth regulating substances of different nature in the clonal micropropagation of aspen

The results of the influence of various growth regulating substances on the rooting and growth of micropoles of triploid (giant) aspen clone No. 35 in in vitro conditions are presented. The possibility of using Epin-Extra for the elongation of micropillings as a modifying element of clonal micropropagation technology is shown.
