Study of the influence of heavy metals in the soil-plant system

The article poses the problem, to study the influence of heavy metals in the soil-plant system. In my opinion, technogenic pollution of the environment, which has a negative impact on the quantitative and qualitative indicators of agricultural production, is becoming global and puts humanity on the verge of an ecological catastrophe. The most acute problems associated with the entry of heavy metals into soils are in regions with a high degree of concentration of production and population. The management of agriculture on soils contaminated with heavy metals is becoming one of the most urgent practical tasks, since hundreds of thousands of hectares of arable soils contaminated with heavy metals have been identified, where special measures are already necessary to prevent the contamination of plant products with toxic elements.
