In this paper, the influence of positive and negative human words on the growth and development of common beans was investigated. In the experiment, the plants were divided into three groups: positive, negative and neutral, 30 plants were planted in each group, which had a corresponding emotional impact. The results of the study showed that the plants of the positive group had the highest indicators of germination energy and germination. In addition, the growth indicators of the length of the root, stem and leaves, as well as the appearance of flowers, were the greatest in plants of the positive group. The formation of fruits was also inherent in an exclusively positive group of plants. The neutral group of plants, which was not subjected to any attention from humans, turned out to be the most lagging in all growth indicators. Thus, the experiment showed that the influence of negative words, as well as the indifferent attitude of a person, inhibits the growth of plants, and positive words, on the contrary, contribute to their active growth and development.
