Nuclear physical methods based on the neutron generator NG-150 at the Institute of Nuclear Physics, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan

The article presents the overview of the installation created on the basis of the neutron generator NG-150 for on-line analysis of samples of various types of distribution and determination of concentration profiles for all the isotopes of hydrogen and helium in the subsurface layers using semiconductor ΔE-E and ΔE1-ΔE2-E method of registration and identification, as well as presents the main applications of using the NG-150 to analyze the composition of materials.
