It is shown that venom's yield of common adder Vipera berus (Linnaeus, 1758) from Samara region increases after wintering in May and decreases in September before hibernation. In 2014 of Seasonal variability of venom toxicity (DL50) for juvenile lake frogs Pelophylax ridibundus (Pallas, 1771) authentically it was not succeeded to reveal, only insignificant decrease in DL50 in June is noted. Statistically significant summer increase of proteases (in june) and L-aminooxidase (in july) activities in venom is revealed.
