Japan and Manchuria: Japanese view on the Manchuria’s development problem in the early 20th century

The article examines the Japanese policy towards Manchuria in the early 20 th century. Contrary to the prevailing in the national historiography interpretation of the issue, the author considers the Manchuria development from the view point of Japan with introduction of the new data for scientific use.
