Language personality of modern politician (communicative strategy and tactics, elocutive pragmatics)

The article is devoted to the systematic complex characteristic of language personality of the modern regional politician within the framework of implementation of the scheme of effective communicative choice (effective communication) communicative circumstances – discourse type of language personality (taking into account peculiarities of temperament) – communicative strategies and tactics – system of figurative and expressive means (elocutives – tropes and figures of speech). Description of a rhetorical portrait of a politician of the Republic of Khakassia, which is a multicultural region, in one aspect of linguopersonology – in oral language – allows examining the personal identity in one,s complex portrait characteristics with inclusion of language implementations.
