Lingual realization of the tactics of drawing an addressee's attention to the educating radio programme about the Russian language

The communicative tactics of drawing attention to the educating programme about the Russian Language is studied through the material of the programme «Govorim po-russki» («Speaking Russian») of the radio station «Echo of Moscow». The linguo-pragmatic capability of this tactics is examined through the language realization of the following communicative actions: order in the genre of appeal, «newsworthy event», author's comments, advertisement, word play. The author pays an attention to the culture-forming functions of the educating radio programme.
