Focusing on new HR management tools in the digital business model ensures the efficiency of the organization. The object of research in the article is the effective management of personnel and teams in the context of digital transformation. The forecast of motivation and involvement of employees in obtaining optimal results, in mastering the human-machine system, mutual assistance, teamwork and joint results due to new behaviors, synergy, growth trajectories and artificial intelligence is made. Recommendations for improving the work of personnel in order to create a new economically closed cycle, digital transformation and the creation of intelligent systems based on the methods of participation and flexible management (Agile) are proposed.
