Effective implementation of the lean production system at Russian enterprises

This article discusses the conditions and opportunities for implementing a lean manufacturing system at Russian enterprises. The implementation is based on the integration of the principles of the Value Flow Map, employee motivation methods, the 5S concept, the Kaizen methodology, TPM technology, visualization, and the Kanban approach. The implementation algorithm is presented in a general form.
