The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of pregnant women with metabolic, neurovegetative, endothelio-hemostatic mechanisms of the early toxicosis development with the use of evidence-based medicine standards. The choice of therapeutic interventions in pregnant women with early toxicosis of moderate severity takes into consideration the clinical value of metabolic disorders markers of the neurovegetative status of the endothelial hemostatic dysfunction of the systemic inflammatory response, the condition of the platelet level. The differentiated approach to treatment considering clinical-pathogenetic variants of early toxicity development proves to contribute significantly to more rapid normalization of clinical and laboratory parameters, to demonstrate the lack of progression and recurrence of the pathological process, to reduce the risk of adverse gestational and perinatal outcomes, and to optimize obstetric tactics.
