The various types photoelectric transformer analysis in the solar electric power station structure with the solar power concentrators showed the increasing of the concentration factor lead to the photoelectric transformer working temperature increasing and, as a consequence, to essential efficiency reduction of various photoelectric transformers types and also to their degradation.
