The efficiency of the functioning of the digital terminals of relay protection and automation devices, as well as the reliability of its operation in the conditions of the technological control process of the system

This article discusses the effectiveness of the functioning of digital terminals for relay protection and automation devices, as well as the reliability of the system determined by the criteria for performance indicators within the specified operating limits of its elements. The main reason for the violation of the stability of technological installations (TU) are voltage failures under the action of relay protection and automation (RPA) after a short circuit in the internal and external parts of the power supply system (SES), therefore, technical re-equipment (TPR) is being deployed at many enterprises. Sound recommendations should increase the technical and economic efficiency of the decisions taken.
