Effectiveness of state national policy: evaluation of the dynamics of interethnic relations in Yakutia (research results of 2014-2017)

In this paper, the author considers the effectiveness of State ethnic policy implementation in the region in terms of the dynamics of interethnic relations assessment in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The results of the sociological data on the question of interethnic relations state in dynamics (from 2014 to 2017) and in the administrative-territorial context are presented. There are districts with a favorable interethnic relations climate and districts requiring special attention from the authorities in Yakutia. The impact of the ethnic structure of the districts on the perception of the ethnic situation by the people is evaluated in the paper. To increase the effectiveness of regional State policy, the author offers to use the results and pay attention to differentiated situations in interethnic relations in conditions of different density of ethnic diversity in districts.
