Efficiency of state support for the formation of IT cluster in the Republic of Mari El

The article analyzes the support of IT business in the Republic of Mari El, identifies the main problems, prospects for the formation of an IT cluster in the Republic of Mari El. The article is devoted to the problem of state regulation of the IT sphere on the example of the Republic of Mari El. Strategic directions of development of the IT industry, assistance to IT specialists are considered.
