The estimating results of efficiency of autologous blood cells using for targeted delivery of ascorbic acid at doses of 25, 50, 100 mg/kg to the liver in order to optimize the colloid osmotic pressure of blood after hemorrhage are presented. One of the key trends emerging in modern pharmacology is creating of systems of targeted transport of drugs. It allows concentrating the drug in the area covered by the pathological process and eliminates the process and its negative effects. The erythrocytic containers with ascorbic acid were produced according to the method of hypotonic lysis. It has been shown that the most effective of the used doses is 100 mg/kg, as when using it total protein content increased by raising the percentage of albumin in the blood serum that determines its colloid osmotic pressure.
