The problem of human factor influence on the harvesting is developed. Average data about effectiveness of work of machine operator with different length of professional skill level of a machine-operator and reduction dynamics of a combine harvester and a machine operator quantity are given. It is offered to use some special equipment for training instead of imitated or real systems.
