Efficiency of using pre-starter compound feed with protein and vitamin-mineral premix in feeding piglets of early weaning

It is known that the productive qualities of pigs to a large extent depend on the composition and quality of feed. Therefore, we studied the effectiveness of complex feeding of granulated concentrate (PVMP) as part of pre-starter compound feed of early weanling piglets. The feed value of high-protein concentrates for this physiological group is based on a combination of metabolic energy and easily digestible protein. The article presents the composition and a brief description of the technology for processing and eliminating anti-nutrient substances of feed ingredients of both PVMP and granulated compound feed, which to some extent affected the productivity of the early weanling piglets (in 24th day) and their safety. The use of home-produced protein concentrate (PVMP) as part of a full-fledged granular feed for early weanling piglets showed that the average daily growth of the experimental group was quite high - 254 g and that the experimental pre-starter feed was not inferior to the feed with an imported dressing additive in terms of its productive effect. The imported feed dressing additive cost 35.99% higher than the prototype, and the production of mixed feeds with home-produced feed additives was 29.76% cheaper.
