Effective use of working time in the Belarus economy

The subject of the research is the processes of effective use of working time in the national economy of Belarus. The purpose of the study is to determine the specifics of an organization use and formation of the resource's working time, to identify factors influencing its use. Statistical and econometric methods are used in the work. The following results of the work are presented: the selected principles of organization and management of work time in Belarus, identifying and analyzing the dynamics of factors influencing the efficiency of use of time, justifying its methodical approaches for assessing the effectiveness of working time in the national economy.
