The efficiency of land use in Amur region

In article, on the basis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, distribution of the land Fund of the Amur region by categories of lands , dynamics of distribution of lands by types of economic use of lands and their structure is considered. Special attention is paid to agricultural land and the effectiveness of their use in agricultural production in the region. It is noted that in the Amur region most of the agricultural lands of the far Eastern economic region are concentrated as part of the land Fund of the Amur region there are arable land, hayfields, pastures, perennial plantations and deposits. The dynamics of acreage and yield of the main commercial crops of the Amur region are given. The paper identifies and analyzes the main indicators of the efficiency of land use.
