This article discusses the issue of how the organization of teaching children a foreign language on an integrative basis contributes to a more harmonious development of the personality of preschoolers and the formation of their readiness for school education, discloses the principles of the personality-developing and humanistic nature of interaction between adults and children, as well as the formation of a positive self-esteem in a child. In the process of mastering the English language, children develop self-confidence, awareness of the growth of their achievements self-esteem, and the desire to become a schoolboy. It considers upbringing and all-round development in teaching, which allows children to develop an interest in the world around them.
