Efficiency of ecological and economic systems with the long production cycle

The article considers features of forestry as difficult ecological-economic system with a long production cycle, having impact on economic efficiency. It also considers rent approach for calculation of efficiency of use of the wood in the conditions of private forestry on the example of Finland. It presents wood pricing models on a root. It analyses the systems of the state subsidizing, the taxation, a forest deduction of private forest owners influencing efficiency of silvicultural activity. It provides the analysis of the income, expenses of forestry, and calculation of efficiency indicators of forest exploitation.
