The effectiveness of clopidogrel from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine

The article provides information about the mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety of clopidogrel. The results of clinical studies, including comparative studies, in which clopidogrel was compared with other antiplatelet drugs, are presented. The effect of clopidogrel on the endpoints, as well as the place of the drug in the treatment of patients with various clinical forms of coronary heart disease is considered. Data on a new domestic generic, Klapitax, are presented.
