Effectiveness of combined bronchoscopy in correction of bronchial obstruction in patients with severe concomitant injuries

Reliable improvement of the clinical, roentgenologic and endoscopic picture was achieved. The indices of the oxygen status indicative of the effectiveness of the fiber-optic bronchoscopy usage were obtained. The bronchoscopy incorporating high frequency artificial ventilation of the lungs is aimed at correcting bronchial obstruction of aspiration genesis in cases with severe concomitant injuries (n = 419).
