Efficiency of integrated therapy of disorders of menstrual function in teenagers

Resume: Preservation of the reproductive potential of adolescent girls, i.e. the possibility of realizing the child-bearing function at the fertile age is one of the most important medical and social problems in all developed countries of the world. The results of scientific research and official statistics indicate the unsatisfactory state of reproductive health of women in Russia, in particular adolescent patients. In adolescence, girls undergo a complex process of formation of the reproductive system, the maturation of hypothalamic structures is completed, a stable rhythm of secretion of gonadotropic hormones is established. The physiological course of puberty largely determines the future ability of girls to conceive, bear a pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding. Diseases of the reproductive system of adolescents, their chronization worsen the prognosis for the full formation of generative function.
