This article discusses legal issues related to the investigation of crimes in the form of preliminary investigation and inquiry, with the suspension of criminal proceedings in cases of the announcement of suspects and accused persons on the wanted list, as well as with the election of preventive measures against them in the course of the search activities of authorized subjects of operational search and investigative bodies.
