The most characteristic destructions of career excavators and dump trucks carrying units are shown. The principles of constructive completion of the destroyed units are offered. Efficiency of application of some types of additional processing of repair welded connections – thermocyclings, explosive processing, ultrasonic hardening, argon-arc and mechanical machining is estimated.
