The article deals with one of the urgent problems of pediatrics and neonatology - functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract in young children. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the multiprobiotic "Lactoran" in children of early age with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract is considered.
