Efficiency of non-commercial construction water transport infrastructure municipalities

Analyzed the current problems of water transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the problems of the municipal level. It is shown that in municipalities, especially in rural areas, there are significant reserves of economic optimization by connecting to the construction of infrastructure facilities of the local population.
