Efficiency of application of biofertilizer and new biostimulator on spring barley Hordeum vulgare L

To increase the yield and resistance of agricultural crops to diseases, barley in particular, more and more attention is currently paid to biologically active drugs that have both growth-stimulating, fungicidal and immune inducing effects. Considering the undoubted promise of biologically active drugs in protecting barley from infection, it is necessary to study the effect of microbial components of the soil fungus - an antagonist of root rot pathogens - Trichoderma spp. to increase yields and crop sustainability. The article is devoted to the study of the effect of the new biostimulator "Nigor + exometabolites Trichoderma atrobrunneum VKPM F-1434" in comparison with the biofertilizer "Harvest Elixir". It was found that all the investigated biological plant protection products are a promising element in the technology of growing spring barley, increase the germination and germination energy of seeds, increase the number of plants preserved during sowing, the number of productive stems, and the coefficient of the economic efficiency. The number of spikes on the plant under the influence of all the biological preparations increased by 39.7-66.2 %% in comparison with the control (with or without fungicide treatment). The highest rates in the variant of combined application of the biofertilizer "Harvest Elixir" and the new biostimulator "Nigor + exometabolites Trichoderma atrobrunneum VKPM F-1434" (+66.2%), also increases the accumulation of sugar in seeds and resistance to root rot. The new complex biostimulator "Nigor + exometabolites Trichoderma atrobrunneum VKPM F-1434 + Harvest Elixir" is the most effective biological preparation in relation to spring barley. The treatment of barley seeds before sowing with a new complex biostimulant at the germination phase protected microplants from fusarium diseases most effectively.
