Efficiency of law enforcement (on the example of enforcement of the Federal law On inconsistency (bankruptcy)

The efficiency of law's influence on the social relations is ensured by appropriate scientific management of lawmaking along with full and precise administration of law. However, sometimes law enforcement acts not as a stimulus but as an obstacle to effective regulation of social relations. In order to improve law enforcement efficiency, professionalism of the subjects of law enorcement should be heightened and accomplishments of legal science and practice of law enforcement should be applied.
