Efficiency of attracting and use of foreign credits in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article reviews external borrowing by the state as an effective tool for the development of the country's economy. In this context, the activity of the Kyrgyz Republic on attracting loans is analyzed. The volume of funds attracted to the republic is given, the efficiency of their use, the role and place of the state in this process are estimated. Proceeding from the analysis, proposals and recommendations were developed.
