Effectiveness of implementation of the priority national projects in a region

The paper analyzes the mechanisms of implementation of the Priority National Projects in a region. The National Projects are considered as innovative social technologies whose primary purpose is to stimulate the initiative in a region and to improve effectiveness of the state social policy in four social areas: public health, education, housing and communal services, development of the agro-industrial complex.
