Efficiency of regional economic security in Sevastopol

The main purpose of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of the state policy to ensure the economic security of the region from external threats on the example of Sevastopol. The article reveals the main terms in the context of regional economic security, as well as analyzes the methods taken by the state to solve the problem associated with its provision. The author analyzes the effectiveness of the measures provided by considering several indicators for a 5-year period from 2014 to 2019, allowing to determine the level of economic security of the region from external influences, as well as to reveal the potential for further development of the region. In conclusion, the author pays special attention to the positive dynamics of indicators and formulates a conclusion about the possibility of observing this trend in the long term, including in other regions of the Russian Federation, as well as increasing the pace of improving the effectiveness of the state policy.
