The article considers the applied issues of tactical and forensic support of interrogation using video conferencing tools in relation to the use of tactical techniques of logical influence on the interrogated and common tactical combinations. The authors conclude that the techniques of logical influence are more effective in the remote format of interrogation compared with tactical techniques based solely on the emotional impact on the interrogated. Regarding the effectiveness of tactical interrogation combinations, the following pattern was revealed: the lower the proportion in the combination of emotional impact techniques, the more likely it is to achieve the planned goal of conducting it in a video conference call. The authors recommend that investigators use means of active involvement in communication during the use of video conferencing systems: you can ask the interrogated person to fix a schematic diagram of the place of the event, make and comment on a written description of the situation of the event under investigation, or perform other actions that encourage him to be active at the location. Practically useful in the format of remote interrogation is the combination of one tactical technique with the performance of the interrogated action or explanation of related phenomena aimed at activating his memory, and two or three techniques without active actions and within the framework of the phenomena included in the subject of interrogation.
