The article examines the effectiveness evaluation at different levels of tourism management, including mega-, meso- and microlevels, and explores concepts of efficiency and effectiveness of tourism systems. The comparative characteristics of different types of performance features, as well as some assessment of the economic, fiscal, environmental, social efficiency of tourism systems are described.
